Hi, I’m Ellie and I’m glad you’re here.
I love empowering others as they grow in encountering God’s love for them and discerning their unique identity and kingdom purpose.
I am enthusiastic about using my experience and gifts to see people transformed as they grasp and grow in their love of God and His love for them and in turn see the Kingdom of God expand here on Earth.
My personal values are: integrity and dependability to create trustworthiness, enabling and empowering people to experience transformational growth, and community formed by deep commitment and connection.
I delight in facilitating the process for people of all ages and stages of the faith journey to grow in their exploration and experience of God.
I am a professional member of the Australian Christian Mentoring Network and have completed the Graduate Certificate in Christian Mentoring at SMBC and am finishing my Master of Theological Studies at Sydney Missionary and Bible College.
Alongside my practice with Deeply Formed Spiritual Mentoring, I also work with:
- Co-teacher of the Graduate Certificate in Christian Mentoring at Sydney Missionary and Bible College with Dr Peter Moore.
- Fostering Hope as the Mentoring Coordinator training, scrrening and supporting volunteer Christian mentors for kids in Out of Home Care.
I have a passion for Christian Literature, and my mentoring practice is influenced by bibliotherapy. I especially enjoy reading about spiritual formation and theology. I have worked in Australia and overseas in Christian literature and publishing. With a background in business (Human Resources, Systems and Accounting) mostly in the Christian Not-For-Profit and Church sectors, overseas and in Australia I enjoy seeing people thrive wherever God has placed them.
In each of the various areas and ways in which I have worked and served, I am always encouraged to see how God uses us in unexpected ways, drawing together vast and varied experiences for His glory.
